Hi all, and welcome to the Right Hand Woman blog! My name is Elina and I am the director here at RHW. I thought as a first post I will give you a little more insight into my story and how I came to offer administration support services. I think it is important to get to know someone better before entrusting your brand and your business with them.
A little about me and where I come from…
I studied Logistics and Marketing at the University of Auckland, and returned to school in Israel for a Master’s in Emergency and Disaster Management. Since then, I worked as a logistics consultant and freight forwarder for multiple companies, honing my speciality in handling high-pressure and constantly changing situations.
Sustaining a good base-support is the backbone of any successful business. Often clients are talented and very able in their professions, but do not have the time or energy to do market themselves properly and to do those pesky day-to-day support tasks. They need someone that they can trust who will guide them and someone who can understand the value of a dollar is always the bottom line.
I do understand the importance and challenges of good administration support, having had a lot of experience helping my mum (a real estate agent) with her branding, databasing and day-to-day tasks from the tender age of 12. I have a true passion for helping others and making life that little bit easier for our clients. That is why my business’s purpose is not just to create and assist but to do so with complete flexibility and customization to suit whatever needs may arise.
The feeling of helping others achieve their goals is the true joy of my work, so it wasn’t a big surprise when I decided to make this passion into a career.
